Quick Question.

How cold is Auckland in July?

Apart from Kelly Tarlton, any other places I can take kids to?

( PS.. As usual I left everything to the last minute and thought ( rather assumed) that I would have time to plan a short NZ trip.. )
Thanks
Sarah

  1. Auckland is quite rainy and damp at that time, you may need a light jacket or fleece at night. if you can, plan a trip further interior to rotorua and the geysers. you can see old Maori villages, and some of the hotels do stage shows with traditional maori songs and dances. not sure if the kids are into that. auckland itself is a tiny city, very similar to Vancouver. Its pretty, but not too much to see other than the waterfront and beach.
