Years ago I remember eating a toasted sandwich from a street vendor.. All I can remember is that it had slices of beets and boiled potatoes..
Does anyone know how to make those sandwiches?
Thanks

me me me i am from mumbai…
u r talkin about the vegetable sandwich…u need to make some green chutney [mintleaves and chilly n all] spread on bread with butter
boiled potato slices, beetroot slices, capsicum, onion and tomato. some chat masala and aamchoor[dried mango] powder. you can either toast it [i prefer toasted]
serve with some chutney and tomato sauce…also u can add cheese..
if u need the green chutney recipe lemme know..
