In the middle of flood warnings.
My children are at school and I am at work. Later this evening, I may or may not be able to get back home..I don’t even know if I will be able to pick up the kids from school.
It is raining very heavy and theĀ road near my home is already flooded..
I am terrified.
Wow,
You’re having flood warnings and we’re having snowstorm/ice warnings for the last few weeks! Does your area provide emergency services so that you and the kids get home safely? I personally would not suggest risking to drive in hazardous weather. Hope things will work out and you’re all safe.
J1206: Yes we do have SES here in Australia, but during a massive weather event, getting you safely back home is the least their list of priority.
Thoughts and Prayers are with you and your family
Ann: Thank you.
All will be well! Stay safe.
Let us know how it goes.
MS: Thank you.
Hi Sarah, I was thinking about you this morning while watching the news.
then again I thought you are in south east Brisbane and you would be safe.
Asha: I am in the west of Brisbane and 4 km away from Brisbane river..so every time it rains continuously, I am in trouble.
Hi Sarah,
Hope you and kids are fine
Anna: All is well.
Hoping all is well. Never once I heard you saying you’re terrified. You’re fiercely independent you will handle it well.
Mugin: After living in M’sia, I am used to flash flood.. but it was never the same way like it is here..I used to drive through flood waters without even thinking about it in KL..
Hope you and the kids are ok. Take care. God bless
Sharon: All is well.
Are You OK? Two days since your post. Reached home with your kids?
Bipin: Yep, I got back home safely.
Hi Sarah,
Hope everything turned out well.Just saw your post now.
You’re in my thoughts.

Nimmy: Thank you. All is well.
